Returns and Exchanges
1) The return period, within the scope of the right of withdrawal without stating a reason, is 14 days from the moment you receive the product.
2) The product you wish to return must have undamaged labels, be unworn, unwashed, and sent with its invoice and/or return invoice.
3) If the right of return is exercised, notification must be sent to info@maiamarca.com within 14 days from the moment the product is received.
4) The return shipping cost will be covered by us if you send it with our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo.
5) The refund will be paid back within an average of 10 business days from the moment the return is received, provided that the conditions in articles 1, 2, 3, and 4 are met. Our company is not responsible for delays and disruptions caused by payment service providers.
