1) You can make your payment to our Garanti Bank account via Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Bank account details can be found on our Contact Us page or by following the shopping steps.

2) Credit Card Payment: You can make your online payment in a single installment or in installments using your credit cards through our website. The amount will be charged from your credit card at the end of the order.
You can benefit from our online single payment or online installment options for all types of credit cards. In your online payments, the amount will be charged from your credit card at the end of your order.
In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock issues, a refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

 
3) Order Refund 
In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; MAYA DİJİTAL DANIŞMANLIK LTD. ŞTİ. The company will refund the product amount to your account and/or credit card within ten business days. However, you must provide your bank account information and/or credit card information accurately and completely to our company's finance officials. 

 
4) Delivery 
We strive to ship the products you ordered on the same day. You will be informed in case of a possible delivery delay. 
To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address of your current location as the delivery address. 
Your requests will be processed for preparation according to the delivery type you specified at the end of the order. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company within a maximum of 3 (three) business days.

5) Payment Tracking 
If the system cannot complete the transaction for any reason, our visitor is informed of this situation at the end of the payment page.

Inspect and check packages you suspect are damaged during shipment in front of the authorized company representative upon receipt. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company prepare a report. 
After the product is received, it is assumed that the cargo company has fully performed its duty. 
If the product is damaged: Report the situation to info@maiamarca.com as soon as possible with the report you prepared. 
If you carry out these procedures, we will start working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
