Return Policy
1) The return period, within the scope of the right of withdrawal without stating a reason, is 14 days from the moment you receive the product.
2) The product you wish to return must have undamaged labels, must not have been worn or washed, and must be sent with its invoice and/or return invoice.
3) If the right of return is exercised, the information that the product will be returned within 14 days from the moment it was received must be notified to info@maiamarca.com.
4) If you send the return shipment with our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo company, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
5) The refund amount will be repaid within an average of 10 business days from the moment the return is received, provided that the conditions in articles 1, 2, 3, and 4 are met. Our company is not responsible for delays and disruptions caused by payment service providers.

IMPORTANT
Please open and inspect packages that you think were damaged during shipment (torn, crushed, wet, punctured, etc.) in front of the delivery company official. If you believe there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company prepare a damage report.
After the product is received, it is assumed that the cargo company has fully performed its duty.
If the product is damaged: Please notify info@maiamarca.com of the damage report you have prepared as soon as possible.
If you perform these steps, we will begin working on your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
