With this Membership Agreement (“Agreement”), we aim to serve you more efficiently with a secure user account to be opened on your behalf. By ticking the checkbox and clicking the Sign Up sign, this Agreement will enter into force. With the entry into force of the contract, you will be responsible as a user for all kinds of transactions you will make.

The Parties This Agreement has been concluded between Han Dijital Pazarlama Anonim Şirketi (“Maiamarca”), headquartered at Sinanpaşa Mah. Ihlamurdere Cad No:21/1 Beşiktaş İstanbul, and a member (“Member”) of www.maiamarca.com website (“Site”) under the following conditions.

Definitions

Site : The website with the url address www.maiamarca.com, which is open to everyone's use,

Social Media: Social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,

Member: Persons who are members of www.maiamarca.com in accordance with this Agreement,

Maiamarca: The legal person that sells services/goods under this Agreement and offers special advantages to its members under this Agreement at www.maiamarca.ae and physical sales points,

Agreement : Means this Membership Agreement.

SUBJECT;

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the membership relationship, which creates opportunities for the Member in every purchase to be made through the Site.

RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF THE PARTIES;

Member's Rights and Obligations

The Member accepts that he/she will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of the Agreement from the moment he/she starts to benefit from the services and these terms will be binding on him/her.

After completing the registration process on the Site, the Member will start using the Site by entering his e-mail address and password, provided that he complies with the conditions specified in this Agreement.

In case the Agreement is concluded on behalf of a legal entity, the person concluding the Agreement is authorized to carry out such a transaction on behalf of the said legal entity, otherwise (in case of unauthorized transaction) for all the resultant transactions he/she has made or will do thereafter. accepts, declares and undertakes that it is personally responsible.

The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he will act in accordance with all the conditions in the Agreement and the rules specified in the relevant parts of the Site when using the Site. While benefiting from the services offered on the Site, the Member can benefit from the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Industrial Property Law, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and the provisions of the Regulations, Communiqués, Decrees and other relevant legislation. agrees to comply with any announcements and notices to be published by Maiamarca regarding its services.

All legal, penal and financial responsibilities that may arise due to these notifications and unlawful use belong to the Member.

The Member shall indemnify all kinds of damages incurred by Maiamarca due to the act contrary to the obligations undertaken by it herein; Maiamarca has the right of recourse to the Member for any compensation, administrative/judicial fines that the Member may have to pay to public institutions and/or third parties due to the Member's behavior contrary to the Agreement.

The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while registering or shopping on the Site are correct and up-to-date, and that if this information is not accurate or up-to-date, he will fully and immediately compensate all the damages that Maiamarca may suffer for this reason.

The member cannot transfer the created accounts, user name and password and membership profiles to another user under any conditions and cannot allow their use by third parties. The member is personally responsible for the use and management of all information, including the accounts, user name and password that allow the use of his personal profile.

Every transaction performed with the account, user name and password belonging to the Member shall be deemed to have been carried out by the Member himself, and the Member shall be solely responsible for the damages incurred by the Member and/or third parties due to the use, loss or change of hands by a person other than the Member.

Any record of the membership account terminated by Maiamarca's own initiative or by the Member itself may be kept by Maiamarca subject to the conditions stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Law.

The Member's right to be informed about his/her personal data is reserved. In addition, the Member accepts and undertakes that before the conclusion of this Agreement, Maiamarca informed him within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, and thus the membership relationship has been established.
